Osiyo, Singing Feather, and Suzi, (thanks to Suzi i got the nerve!!)i just made a very small batch of the BF & Ci Feb 23rd while the moon was new and after it sat for 2 days and i gave it a second shake, i got some on my hands, and being very frugal, i just rubbed that into my wrist where my Reumatoid arthritis was bothering me greatly, and this morning my wrist was so much better that i had no trouble stearing the car! and the pain was diminished quite a lot! i can't wait til it is ready to press on the full Moon on March 6th!! Appreciate the both of you as well as the others and moderators and hope you will all stay on the group and share your wisdom with those of us who are so thirsty for more knowledge.
