Guest guest
Friends, Someone among all of you might be able to help me. I have begun to break out with a terrible itchy rash on my arms. I have had this condition off and on for a number of years. It all started afrer I attended a conference at a retreatt center on the gulf of Mexico in Alabama. I went swimming in the Gulf and came home with a rash of terrible proportions. The dermatologist I went to prescribed a steroid salve which helped and cleared it up. He said however that what I had was a form of fungal infection which would reappear again if the conditions were agreeable to the fungus. He recommended eating carrots, dark green veggies and brewers yeast. So these things were added to my diet. It all cleared up.. Then in December I bought a box of mandarin oranges. MMMMMM so goood. But the rash came back with a vengeance. The steroid salve does not help this time. So what can I eat to counteract this stuff which must be in my body. I have not yet seen a dermatologist as there is only one in town. She is not covered by my medical insurance. So first I will try this. Thanks, Charles
