Recommended Posts

1. Mucous forming which in turn causes congestion to

the tissues. Symptoms are heavy feeling, fuzzy head,

feeling toxic, mucous congestion (hayfever, sinusitis

etc), muscous stools, skin conditions that cant be

treated with other means etc.

2. Lactose intolerance - inability to digest the

lactase enzyme

3. Casein or protein allergy - inablilty to digest the

protein

4. Yoghurt on the other hand whether made from cow,

goat, sheep, soy or whatever is the least allergic as

most of the lactase/casein is eliminated from the

process and replaced with lactobacili cells/culture.

5. In order to get the essential colony into the small

intestines you would need to consume around 1-2 kg of

full cultured yoghurt a day to get the same benefits

as you do from a 10 billion cell acidophilus/bifudus

(sp?) capsule.

 

No I am no in way connected to any dairy, vitamin or

other company promoting their product. Just using my

technical brain for a change!
