I have been trying to continue with the cayenne tincture at least 2 to 3 days a week to keep my "internal fires" roaring post cleanse.I notice i am not feeling like i'm freezing anymore and it helps to keep my circulation going, along with the benefits of that. The way i have been taking it is in a little Orange or Lemonade (Courtesy of the Kidney Morning flush drink) I take about 1/2 a lemon or half and orange, sqeeze some of the juice from it and then add the fruit and rind to a tall 16oz glass. Add a tablesp of local honey, 3 drops of cayenne, mix and add water! It helps me push fluids during the day (especially since i have a tendancy to get bored drinking so much water) and I almost dont even notice the cayenne, in fact i kind of like the little tang it gives.Sylviaherbal remedies ,
