Guest guest
Hi Rik, and Margaret, I have no training here, so can only respond from personal experience :-) Firstly Margaret, please try not to dwell on the WHY, especially any such mental aspects, or familial connections! Won't do you any good - contrary in fact, it will probably send you down the pit even further! Noticed that? hehehe. The drugs you've had/have don't actually HANDLE the problem, only hide it. So that when you try to come off of them, the problems will spring into view again! That is all that is happening. I would recommend a total body cleanse. But to start with, take Total Nutrition every day as shown on the package. Believe me, that will show a tremendous difference!!! I have personal experience with that! The body cleanse will help you get rid of the drugs in your body. Then you will need to find the (physical) cause of the depression. That I cannot help with I'm afraid - suggest you contact Doc directly for that one. Possibly hormonal? Menopause? (not sure of your age) Other items to cleanse in your body? I say physical, as you indicate that you have no real problems in your life. Any such condition is caused by toxins, either a toxic person/relationship, or toxins in the body? That is my understanding of it anyhow. All the best. Let us know how you get on :-))) love Lisa - " Rik " <bliksemskater <herbal remedies > Tuesday, February 24, 2004 8:15 PM Herbal Remedies - I am depressed > hello all, > i am forwarding this email from my wife to the group. i have asked > her is she wanted to know what you guy have to say about this > depression. she has been good for a while and went off the drugs, > and not it seems to appear again..... feel free to respond, thanks, > rik(da husband) > > I am depressed, and the doc thinks it is a " biological " depression, > as she > puts it, because it's not about some specific problems. Guest guest
Margaret, Hehehe... Lisa & I think alike... I would also recommend Total Nutrition... However, I would also add the Female Formula in the files, along with Total Tonic. You also don't mention what you are eating, drinking etc... This plays a part. If you're not, start eating more organic fruits and veggies... lay off the red meat especially... Even a 3-4 day juice fast would help...to cleanse your body... also, Plant enzymes...one with your meals. Lay off the sodas, if you drink them, alcohol, have a cup of coffee in the am if you need the caffeine. Panther Piss (in the files) would also be a good idea.. You do need to do a total cleanse to rid yourself of the toxins from the medications you have been on.. Do you exercise at all?? Even walking.. Also, endulge yourself in a nice hot bath with some essential oils.. Next question... I don't know your age.. but is it possible you could be starting or going thru menopause? I ask because I was starting it even when the docs said "No you're notyou're not old enough" lol... I knew my body better than they did. Ok, now I'll wait for your answers... Guest guest
I forgot to mention: NO sugar!! Sugar makes it worse! If you're like me, and eat sugary things when you feel down, it's the absolute worst thing you can do. When I stop my sugar intake, I feel better! love Lisa - " Lisa Belcher " <lisabelcher <herbal remedies > Wednesday, February 25, 2004 12:04 AM Re: Herbal Remedies - I am depressed > Hi Rik, and Margaret, > > I have no training here, so can only respond from personal experience :-) > > Firstly Margaret, please try not to dwell on the WHY, especially any such > mental aspects, or familial connections!
