while on the right tract, hawthorn is perfect for you! capsicum and

garlic a little to stimulating and nasty to take, im an herbalist

whove seen hawthorn alone cure many problems of the heart it seems if

tachycardia the hawthorn will sooth and steady the heart while if

brachycardia the hawthorn will bring the pulse to basil ive also seen

it correct many arrhythmias and murmurs as well also it is safe with

most medications if not on any, diet is key here proper balance of

protiens and minerals magnesium comes to mind most blood bliuding

foods and herbs are in order here, nettles red clover blossom rosehip

tea wouldnt hurt either. grind hawthorn berries about 2 oz in a good

blender or somthing similar and place in qt mason jar cover at least

two inches in brandy or red wine and let sit for at least two weeks

take a tea spoon or two as needed all day no problems any qestions

please post in response , love and light vibe-- In

Garlic and Capiscum (Cayenne) works great together for the heart. I

am going to order these from herbalcom.com and make a tincture for my

friend. Now what is best to get for Hawthorn berries to make a

tincture, the powder or the whole berry. Or is it better to get the

leaf and flowers portion? I am a little confused.
