Hawthorn berry is the recommended herb to use for heart arrhythmia. That's

what Hawthorn does best! Capsule form is easy to take. Use cayenne pepper

along with the hawthorn berry. Lou

I agree, and CoQ 10 add to that.

Hey all thanks for the help.

 

I have done some more research and it seems that Hawthorn with Garlic and

Capiscum (Cayenne) works great together for the heart. I am going to order

these from herbalcom.com and make a tincture for my friend. Now what is best to

get for Hawthorn berries to make a tincture, the powder or the whole berry. Or

is it better to get the leaf and flowers portion? I am a little confused.

 

And when I make this tincture should I be making it with grain alcohol or ACV?
