Guest guest
Here are a couple: Ingredients:(Choose Organic when possible)Ingredients:12 oz. pure water1/4 lemon wedge (seeds removed)10-12 drops liquid steviaDirections:This is a simple, fast and easy recipe that will quench your thirst andkeep your body in the fat burning mode. Traditional lemonade is loadedwith sugar, corn syrup, fructose and other carbohydrate based sweetenersthat can stimulate an insulin release which blocks your body fromburning fat. (When insulin is released from your pancreas following theintake of a high carbohydrate food, all fat burning immediately comes to a halt.) Sugar-free lemonades (especially when they are commerciallyproduced) can also be a problem because they are usually laced withaspartame and other artificial sweeteners, that are potentially harmfulto your body. INGREDIENTS4 Lemons 1 cup Raw brown sugar 3 3/4 cups Boiling water makes about 3 3/4 cups Scrub lemons, halve, then squeeze out the juice. Place juice and pulp in a large jug or bowl with sugar and pour 1 1/4 cups boiling water over. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add lemon halves and another 2 1/2 cups boiling water. Stir well, then cover and let cool. Strain, squeezing out juice from lemon halves and serve. Mail SpamGuard - Read only the mail you want.
