Guest guest
Hope...Your email is a bit confusing .If it has been a few weeks since you did a Liver / Gall Bladder cleanse I would not do the bomb at this time ..Epsom salts works well to expell gall stones . Give me more data as to how you did the Shultz cleanse . Did you clean out the bowels first etc...............Mary O - " hope " <hopeinjehovah <herbal remedies > Sunday, February 22, 2004 6:22 PM Herbal Remedies - 5 day kidney cleanse > Hello-- I'm planning to start this cleanse tomorrow, > > Can i do the Bomb one day during this? Guest guest
--- Sorry that i'm so confusing...I'm usually typing with a little one crawling on me... i get a bit distracted I started taking intstinal formula 1 before the cleanse. I've done his 5 day bowel detox cleanse before, but i've never done it with the kidney/bladder herbs. A few weeks ago i did it with the liver/gallbladder herbs. Day 1 and day 5 raw fruits and veggies and juices-- i use some non- fresh juice day 2-4 no eating-- just juice and herbs I take Intestinal formula 1 in the evening, and number 2-- the grey sludge 5 times a day with lots of liquid. I take Dr. Shulze's kidney bladder tincture-- imade it myself, and tea, and D-tox formula like he says in his catalog. Also do the kidney flush drink in the mornings like he says. I've been adding a bit of echinacea to my herbs just to help a bit, and i'm making potassium broth now. I have a very active baby to care for too-- so this is full time work. Does this help? I would like to do the Bomb at the end of the 5 days or sooner. Is that okay? If not, why not? I did a gall bladder cleanse once without doing the 5 day cleanse and i got out gallstones. That was just by juice fasting with apple cider and then drinking olive oil and lemon juice the last night. Worked great. Can't i just do that again? Thanks for your help hope must run-- baby is eating garbage!!! Guest guest
Hope...It sounds like your body gives up the gallstones easily .As long as you are eliminating really well and it has been a short time since the cleanse I would go with the Bomb on day 5. I would keep up the Intestinal Cleanse I and 2 since you are going to do the Bomb. Be very sure that you are eliminating easily .We'll see if anyone has anything to add to this. You can see why I was confused a bit--- we usually do this in a specific order. If you got gallstones out a couple of weeks ago why do you want to do a Bomb now ? ......Mary O - " hope " <hopeinjehovah <herbal remedies > Monday, February 23, 2004 1:43 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - 5 day kidney cleanse
