Quite often when the root of the problem is addressed it clears up naturally....lol...like everything else ;-) There may be allergies, a fungal overgrowth, sinusitis, inflammation, etc. I would begin (where we always begin) in cleaning up the diet. Eliminate all the food that is not food- all processed and mucus forming foods- including dairy (pasteurized) and grains- some sprouted grains are fine but I would minimize them. I would do a complete cleanse- or at least the Master Cleanse combined with the Cleansing formulas 1 and 2. I'd increase water and get some exercise daily, use Total Tonic daily (2-3x daily) this will address a wide variety of things including purifying the blood and decreasing inflammation in the body. Hot/ cold therapy is also very powerful. If there is congestion a nasal oil may be helpful as well as diffusing a combination of essential oils in the bedroom, and using natural bedding. I would throw away all the toxic cleaners, especially dryer sheets and replace with truly natural products. Infuse Elderflowers and make a tea, Total Tonic combines all the herbs I would suggest for reducing inflamation and fighting infections. Echinacea is also helpful if there is any infection. The recipes I sent the other day for Rosemary (did I send them here?) may be very useful. I would also check out cranial sacral and chiropractic. A neti pot may also help. An aromatherapy blend that help to both relax the tissues in the throat and open the passages naturally would be a good idea.
