Guest guest
I received the following from my sister-in-law, regarding the letters all you great folks sent to my nephew......Thanks a million! Dennis who is proud of you guys! ---- I got the final report on the 100 emails for 100 days of school....and .... Thanks to all your help, Patrick ended up with 177 emails. He had the most of anyone else and his class soundly beat the other three 2nd grade classes. He got notes from almost every state, Canada, Mexico and overseas. One was from a winner of the Texas lottery, there were 3 from service men serving in Iraq and 2 from Navy ships .. one serving on an aircraft carrier. There were quite a few featuring the Irish Dexter minature cows and some included pictures. The bottom line is... THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH. Just goes to show what a small world we really do live in and how great friends are. From Patrick, his parents and me (proud grandmother) that you very much. My nephew's 2nd grade class is doing a special project, in which on Feb. 2, 2004, they will have been in school for 100 days. The class is trying to collect 100 emails from different people. They are in competition with the other 2nd grade classes to see which class gets the most.
