Guest guest
Alfalfa sprouts have the highest source of Vitamin K. Can anyone please tell me the best vegetable sources for Vitamin K? I have von Wildebrand's syndrome and have been recommended to eat veggies high in Vitamin K. So I eat romaine lettuce, red cabbage, and lots and lots of carrots. I juice five carrots with one apple for breakfast every morning. But I wondered what other veggies were high in this vitamin? Charles Find local movie times and trailers on Movies. http://au.movies.
