Guest guest
>>I've actually documented the demise of some of my long term patients through the years. Anna: You just told MY story. I was never overweight or sick except for a cold every few years (usually after exposure to kids or something). In 1996, I had an allergic to some animal dander and was given steroids. Then I couldn't sleep, so I was given antidepressants. I gained about 130 lbs and the doctor said " would you rather be fat or dead? " Other doctors called me a liar and said it was " impossible " for the drugs to do that. They've peppered my file some really weird stuff. I got the " thyroid " drug push in the summer but turned it down. Now, they've " found " some pre-cancer cells. I don't know how to help this herbally yet. I did my first fast during Thanksgiving. I've lost about 42lbs and thankfully, I don't have diabetes or high blood pressure. Turns out, I don't even have asthma (which is what I was I received the steroids for). If I wasn't on this group, I'd probably be ready for a rubber room. It's so tiring sometimes. All the best mjd
