Guest guest
I have to Second what Suzi is saying here. I will jump in and third this. The basics anyway. When I attempted the master cleanse a couple times and failed to make the whole ten days i obviously cheated because I didn't hold out. Anyway, the cravings after a couple days get so intense and than you satisfy that craving w/ whatever and you than can feel the load any food item puts upon your gutts. Even if you fail the cleanses you will learn by failing these feelings and the power of cravings AND the consequences of acting on the cravings, mentally and physically. You will than appreciate how our bodies work hard to break down food items. Especially if the food item is a mucous causing food like the milk or the cheese. (You can build a relationship w/ your gutts and pinpoint the pains, sounds etc. when you fast and cheat, it's getting to know your body and how it works basically.)I think had I cheated w/ that variety of 'food' I would've gotten even sicker. I wouldn't have been able to even fail a cleanse had I not quit the dairy long ago. Cleanses are very tough for the average eater but failing is a good way to make them happen or at the least understand why you need to make them happen to climb the ladder in this arena.
