Guest guest
I have to Second what Suzi is saying here. In fact hubby and i both tested that Theory already. We shared a slice of Pizza on Monday after finishing the cleanse (and not even a gross and gooey covered in tons of cheese one, this was from Whole Foods with organic cheese and Spinach) We both felt extremely sluggish by the end of the evening and headache and yucky the next morning. We have had other proof in the past as well. But let me say again, we LOVE FOOD, and CHEESE is like, well it's almost like chocolate. But when you look at how good you can feel by comparison, isnt it worth it to her to at least check it out? Besides, there are some decent cheese alternatives she can make just to appease her taste buds during the cleanse, and many tasty alternatives afterward that she can buy at natural food stores. I didnt think i would last one week, but i made it thru the entire program. She can do this. Anyway I will keep talking to her and explaining the importance of the program, she has various health issues including heart racing from walking upstairs or any excercise, sinus infections and headaches, inflamation comes and goes, neck and shoulder pain, allergies, hip pain during her period, occasional restless legs at night among other things. She is really not that much overweight as she is very big bone frame and she is very strong physically. I want her to do the cleanse and she wants to just has problems w/ the food guidelines I think from what she tells me. > > She is seeing a chiropractor regular but it does not seem to help much for the hip, shoulders, and neck... > > Thanks again for ALL the input and advice. > > Jamie in AZ > > Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: > 1.
