Guest guest
Normally I eat veggies, meat, not a whole lot of dairy but some, and the caffine I'm still wrestling with. Usually I eat cooked veggies, like carrots, potatoes, corn, peas, green beans are among my favorites, fruit I eat raw usually, caffine intake is high I tend to drink lots of sodas but have been cutting it slowly out. Peace, Tee >>ok, how is your diet normally? Do you eat alot of fruits, veggies, (raw)... do you eat alot of meats, dairy, caffeine? Guest guest
OK Tee, you maybe threw your system a shocker... lol.. IMO. Start eating more raw or lightly steamed veggies instead of cooked... start cutting out the caffeine ESPECIALLY THE SODAS, have a cup of coffee in the am. Start cutting out the meat or switch to chicken, try to eat organic if possible.. if you eat cheese, cut it way down to none... Start drinking alot more water, lemon water.. (distilled preferably) more fruit juices (organic if possible or as close to REAL juice not concentrate if possible)... You need to get your body used to good stuff.. Also, Total nutrition and plant enzymes. After a few weeks try the juice fast again. Guest guest
Water does not have any nutrients besides the oxygen and hydrogen. If you are getting anything with nutrients in it then you are getting inorganic minerals which your body cannot use and will happily store in your kidneys until they plug up. Anything else in your water, besides ozone, will be toxic such as Chlorine, fluorine etc. Drink distilled water and if you really need to have some nutrients in it then add the juice of 1/2 organic fresh squeezed lemon to it or some powdered kelp or Total Nutrition. Do not drink water that has rocks, flavorings, colorings or bubbles in it. You say distilled yet other people think distilled doesn't have any nutrients in it. What kind of water should we be drinking? Investigate before you vaccinate!! If it is organic use it in your salads off the cob, fresh and raw. YUMMY!! My son has only ever had it raw and loves it. If not organic...pass... Guest guest
Yes, Kimberly, anything that wants to turn into a plant, sprout it first! Or soak it for 12 hours. Doesn't have to actually start growing, but you want to get rid of the enzyme inhibitors. Isn't Ezekial bread tasty! Yum!! :)Kelli Michael and Kimberley Medlin [medlins] Thursday, February 19, 2004 10:52 AMherbal remedies Subject: Re: Herbal Remedies - Digest Number 2988 OH....so is the key to "healthy" grain consumption, letting them all sprout first?
