Hi Anna,

I am coming in late in this. I make remedies for children and adults

with eczema and can also advise on diet etc. and one size does not fit

all. Who is this for? Can you be very specific and include a

description- is it weeping , dry, itchy. Where on the body? Health?

Diet? I'll also send some general info.

To begin with cleaning up the diet, more fruits and veg, eliminate

dairy (except raw) add good oils and fats like Udo's, eliminate

processed foods, sugars, wheat.

She can make a colloidal oatmeal by grinding in the coffee

grinder....or making oatmeal and putting in a cloth bag, squeeze into

tub. You can also make a bath tea w/ green tea and oatmeal in a bag.

Udo's oil internally.

Deep tissue repair oil may help... the nerve sedative formula would be a great idea...

Plant enzymes and maybe a 3 day juice fast.

The first thing would be UDO's 3-6-9 blend. Then get her in touch with some Total Nutrition with MSM and bee pollen. Externally, any natural cream with lavender, aloe, rosemary, jojoba and tea tree would be good. Does she have asthma too? Sometimes eczema goes hand in hand with asthma.
