For those of you who enjoy raw cuisine please try my newest recipes and

let me know how you like them ;-)

 

If you make your own raw flax/ veggie crackers (dehydrated) these are

both great with them.

 

 

Favorite Raw Food Recipes

 

Raw Sunshine Soup

2 large organic Red Bell Peppers (seeded, chopped)

2 sticks of organic Celery (chopped)

1 Carrot (chopped)

2 tsp. fresh ginger

1-2 Kumquats- (seeded) (optional but nice!)

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)

1 young coconut (meat and water)

1 ripe avocado (chopped)

1 ts. good virgin olive oil

1 squirt Braggs or Nama Shoyu- or Celtic sea salt to taste

1/2 cup Carrot Juice

1/2 cup fresh chopped herbs for garnish (thai basil or cilantro are

good)

1/2 cup diced cucumber (or can be blended in the soup)

green onion sliced thin from base as garnish

celtic sea salt to taste

 

Put everything in a high speed blender (like a vitamix) except for the

herbs and green onion and blend till smooth. Garnish with some chopped

herbs, cucumber and sliced green onion and serve.

 

 

 

Green Ginger Pate

2 1/2 cups raw macademia nuts

2 tablspoon fresh ginger

1/2 clove garlic clove

1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves

2 tablespoons white or mellow miso

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

 

Soak nuts for 30 minutes. Drain and rinse. Process in a food processor

all the ingredients except the nuts, miso, and lemon. Add the nuts and

grind well. Add miso and lemon juice and blend into a smooth pate.
