Lots of unsweetened fresh squeezed lemonade as strong as the person can handle, this helps dissolve them!

A kidney cleanse sounds in order, actually probably the whole total body cleanse would be better as I am guessing her eating habits are probably not real good????

You need to give us some more info on your friend... eating habits, drinks..etc..
