The friends and family that i have told about this, I make sure they know that this is not a fad diet, but something they owe to themselves, and that they need to consider adopting a new life-style once they are done in order to continue to reap the rewards. Now of course she will probably think that she'll never see her favorite food or bevarge again, but that is because she has not learned to alter her perception of what is good and tasty. You have your work cut out for you, but you have a huge cheering section here behind you (not to mention lots of resources for yummy recipes).
