The more juices and fruits, veggies the better... tell her the more she does of them the more the weight should leave... TT will help her sinuses... also herbal snuff.

As for the juicer... this is great... celery/carrot and spinach is good too. I got the LaLanne (same as you - price)... I LOVE it... it does good and clean up is so simple..

plus I am going the pulp and make veggie patties... also with the citrus I can make smoothies and am going to make popsicles for the grandson..

I just made orange and grapefruit.. (actually an asian type grapefruit)... really good...

Cleansing the liver should help the acne, however, get some brewers yeast... it is great to clear up acne... major doses though... As a child mom gave it to us... when they came out with tablets I was in heaven... we took like 12 a day... 4-4-4-... but had clear skin..

At 13 she will be getting to where she will want to look good soon (BOYS)... so now is the time to take control of her health...

For your diffuser... use tea tree, ecalyptus, peppermint and lavendar.

Sounds like you're on the right track...

Oh yes... consider plant enzymes also!

Hi Suzi..she is 13 now...but so far, I have convinced her to do the juices and is slowly changing her diet. She is a stress eater...and sugarholic, overweight as well. I am too, but not as overweight as this time last year...I lost about 100 pounds...nave about..hmm...60 or so to go. I told her about the TT and the TN and at LEAST she shows an interest. The upside is she tries to be like me in so many ways, that I am trying to let the good habits rub off on her. I finally got her OFF of Claritin, Zyrtec, the steroid inhalers, and give her herbal supplements, mostly the antioxidants and fiber. We will be moving soon, so the benefit there is I will be able to REALLY get into what I am trying to do without all of the space limitation. I found an old juicer in the garage today..actually, she found it...and I just experimented with carrot, apple..and she LOVED it. YAY!! My plan is to get that lalane juicer...I

have read some good stuff from the members here, and it is closer to my price range right now. I also use alot of oils on her. By that I mean, for allergy attacks such..I primarily use peppermint oil, tea tree or eucalyptus in a diffuser or in the bath. Sinice the total cleanses (I may be able to get her to do a 3 day juice cleanse, but it will have to be a weekend when she is with me and NOT her dad) work on toxins, would that by any chance help with her acne? Curious..and thanks for asking!! Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Love..

Blaze,

About 2 years ago, my medico had me using every kind of alergy med

under the sun! one for the eyes, one for the nose, oral (you name it

had it) inhalers too. Once day hubby said that's enough, because i

was still itchy, sneezy, watery and i had to agree. So one day it

was cold turkey and onto herbal. Here are some of the things that

worked to address the syptoms.

Aloe vera Gel! Must be 100% aloe and organic. Itchy Eyes, dab some

gel around eye, upper and lower lids. Itching usually stopped within

5minutes. Orally on really bad asthma days, about a tblsp in a

little juice, just shoot it.

Major cut back (or temporarily eliminate if possible) dairy and

processed foods made with wheat or rice. I mean the white bleached

type, not sprouted grain breads. I found this to make the biggest

difference for me.

And lastly, sugar. I noticed that many asthma attacks were shortly

after consuming sugar or suggary foods.

Of course now that i have made it through the Total Cleanse, i am

virtually allergy free and so if you can encourage her to go there,

it will be well worth it.

My husband and I are both allergy free after doing the total body cleanse last year. The trees are all flowering here now and the wind is blowing a lot of things around, but not a sneeze! As you can guess, I also recommend the total body cleanse. :)

Wow Suzi...the clean up on the Lalane is that simple? Now I KNOW I have to have that one...LOL. The one I am using is not so easy to clean...and I have to chop into small pieces, but it is old...several years old to be exact...but is ok so far... AND she asked me today when I was going to make some more..LOL...I LOVE it. She will go for walks with me. I found a trick. If I save enough money to get her a cute jogging suit or some other workout clothing that she likes, she will DEFINITELY go. I am going to start that next week or the week after with her. Depends on when I get paid...almighty dollar, right? Lavendar...YES!!! And that also helps to make the 4 year old sleep like a log. All of my friends wondered why everytime they came to my house, they would get sooo sleepy...and take a nice quick nap and feel so good afterward...LMAO....I was burning all sorts of scents I tossed together to keep the kids calm, and my mind

steady (I was going through a MAJOR depression). Nature is the BEST. I am just kinda sad that I had to become an adult to be exposed to all that is available WITHOUT dealing too much with Pharma Cartels.

Brewers Yeast...ok...cataloged in the brain center. For that I am sure she would try anything. Liver cleanse...I can see that too, since she was a pharma baby the first few years of her life..immunizations, meds, allergies...if I only knew then HALF of what I know now!! Gotta LOVE groups like THIS! Oh...I also heard that celery is a good diuretic..is this true? I may toss a few stalks in my next juice batch. Thanks for all the info and advice! BOYS!!?? EGADS!!! LOL...I know I am already trying not to beat them with sticks...being a bit overweight has OVER emphasized her already VERY womanly form...sigh...Love...

Aloe Vera Gel?? Really? I MISS my PLANT!! I had a nice one before I moved, and it got left!!! I need to try that on my daughter..she has had this runny eye lately, just one, I think from dust maybe, not sure. You took the aloe vera in some juice for asthma? I know it works on the intestines, but then again, I guess elimination would be the key. When I move..hopefully within the next couple of months...I plan to do the TC and by then have my daughter conditioned to be able to stick it out too!! Is it not totally irritating, all the money we spend on the medico prescriptions, and the symptoms don't really get better? Isn't that fraud??? Thanks for the info! Love...
