Guest guest
You can do the back exercises.. I would suggest hot/cold therapy... 10 minutes each - 3 times. I think however that I might have found out why its happening - my chest of drawers that I keep clothing in is so hard to pull the drawers out and I think I am going to get rid of it (ha ha how many years have I been ignoring this possibility!). Anyway, in abit of pain right now and wondering if the Back in Action exercises are ok to do now or does one have to wait until back is better? Also, I have some trauma oil that I purchased so will go ahead and use that but I plan on making my own, should I gently heat the herbs (Arnica/St.J/Calendula) in the olive oil?Thankshette
Guest guest
Hette what did you go and do that for?! LOL! *gives your back a gentle pat* I have 2 drawers just like that ) Do cold/hot/cold to the area as well as applying the trauma oil. You might want to use some epsom salts in a hot bath as well for a few days. The back exercises should help a lot, just don't overdo. BF & C tea or tincture will help you heal much faster. Give those drawers a smack for me!
