Guest guest
Hi Elizabeth, Given the mucous you mention in your previous post, I think the juice cleanse would be perfect to start with immediately. It definitely puts your body into a condition to rid itself of excess mucous. I've done the juice cleanse twice now and was fine for mild exercise and work each time, although, being near a bathroom was CRITICAL for me! There's only one way the mucous is gonna come out! LOL! Look at the total body cleanse as well. You should also look at what you're eating because the mucous is only produced by what you're putting into your body. There are lots of knowledgeable people here who can make suggestions if you wanted to post details on your diet. Welcome!! Kelli
Guest guest
Elizabeth, You really need to look at the total body cleanse... sounds like you have a sinus infection....and possibly some other problems... What's your diet like, what do you drink, etc... I did the total and only had a few days of feeling a bit sluggish... My question is, he mentions have some pretty bad days when doing a cleanse. Will I be up for exercise and work? Thanks. Guest guest
It could very well be "left overs" I have suffered sinus problems for years... and it never really ever gets cleared up...... it is the "mucous" the body produces (mine always ends up in the sinus passages) and I notice it when I'm not good.... You may eat grains but eat sprouted grains... there is an article in the files... You can even get sprouted flour... this way you're getting the enzymes you need also. Can you run your "apple sauce thru the juicer again?? SuziELIZABETH ELLIOTT <eliz3378 wrote: No it is not a sinus infection; it may be left over from previous sinus infections but really I have not had a full fledged sinus infection in quite some time. I have had this for the past four or five years. I have been told to eliminate all grains, but am having a super hard time doing that. Other than that, I am a vegetarian. I eat cheese but it is raw milk cheese. I eat fish too. My problem is bread. I thought I would start with the juice cleanse and go from there. My problem is my juicer which is the Omega 8200 or something (the one Dr. Mercola recommends) doesn't juice apples very well . I was thinking about using apple juice, but it basically just turns it into runny applesauce. Is this what it should be doing or should I get more of a thin juice? I might have to buy juice this time around. I will look at the total body cleanse, but I thought this would be a good start considering the Dr. Christopher's is freaking me out enough. Guest guest
Celery juice is good.... but I'm not sure how that would be on this... as if you get hungry is celery going to work?? Of course, it would sure take the weight off... What is your second favorite?? SuziELIZABETH ELLIOTT <eliz3378 wrote: OH, good idea. I haven't tried that. with the apple sauce. We do try to eat sprouted grain most of the time. But we have the occasional cereal bar, muffin or scone; however, lately just on the weekends but it is obviously too much for me. I was also wondering if celery juice would be okay for the juice cleanse? It doesn't say anything about celery juice in the directions, but I love celery juice. Guest guest
My problem was candida albican. It can be in your sinus and blood also. I am doing a complete cleanse to rid my system. Anything with sugar will make you feel worse if it is your problem. The juice cleanse will let you know if it is your problem. - ELIZABETH ELLIOTT herbal remedies 2/15/2004 10:28:15 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - Cleanse No it is not a sinus infection; it may be left over from previous sinus infections but really I have not had a full fledged sinus infection in quite some time.
