Guest guest
Dear Tee, If you contact Doc off list he can put you in touch with Total Nutrition already made up. Secondly, try slicing a lemon or lime and adding it to your drinking water... Third, the "caffeine" headaches go away .. try a cup of coffee in the morning instead of soda.. and the urge does go away...usually takes a few days to a week.. ( I know.. I was a "dew" freak).. Try fruit juices, apple or cranberry, grape, etc... (apple was my favorite) Start by eating more fruits, veggies (preferably raw). Start drinking fruit juices, Then you want to get rid of the soda... I went into a total cleanse at that point... It was easier than you think... the first few days before the cleanse without soda was tough... but I drank alot of lemon water and all kinds of fruit juices... if it sounded interesting or good, I tried it.. lol.. but apple is still my favorite.. It's alot easier than quitting smoking... Suzi Sr. ModeratorPS... The BLAHHS pass.Talea Ranker <crazylady28 wrote: I've just started the Panther Piss and Total Tonic. I don't think I'll beable to get the Total Nutrition right away once I saw the list (and prices)of the herbs, however I plan on chinking away at it one step at a time. I'mglad to hear the Nutrition and P.P. can be taken on the truck. I'm going todo the total body cleanse after I see how this 3 day goes. I've neverdone anything like this before. I hate I crave the sodas so badly but I getreally headachy and feel so BLAHHH without them, I had kicked them at onetime only to get married to someone that drinks more of them than I everdid. I'm just taking it one day at a time though, not beating myself upwhen I fall, just picking up again where I left off and trying again. Ifigure I'm drinking less than I did, and not as many caffeine filled ones asI once did so I'm a little better off. Even then though sometimes I get amassive craving for a Pepsi or Coke or Dr. Pepper when I've gone a few dayswithout one and I'm right back at it. I've tried drinking water but it justdoesn't take away the craving. It was easier to quit smoking after I hadstopped smoking it wasn't long before the smell made me sick and the tastemade me gag, sodas are just the opposite. I love the sweetness and thecarbonation. I know it's all bad for me, but trying to quit cold turkey isnot working here. I get migraines and get jittery without them. Soundsnuts I know but my husband gets the effects even worse than I do hisfavorites are things like Jolt cola, Mt. Dew, the really strong caffinedrinks and he gets physically ill without his caffine. He can't seem toquit smoking either. Water does seem to help him with his cravings thoughmore than it does for me. Ugghhh wish I'd never picked up a pop in my lifenow. And yes I've used pop to clean car batteries, windshields, and readall those lovely things it can be used for. I'm hoping this 3 day cleansewill help me some to get rid of all this crud. Maybe feel so bad I'll neverwant to put it back in! Somethings got to give at anyrate and I'm worthmore than a bottle of soda. Sorry I rambled on so much. Thanks forresponding to my questions. It's getting past my bedtime so I'm off to bed.Peace,Tee Finance: Get your refund fast by filing online
Guest guest
Tee, lobelia tincture is really your best friend when trying to quit anything habit forming. It can make you sick to your stomach so start with a half dose and work your say up.
