how old is the person in question? a woman of child bearing age is

more likely to be elastic enough to gradually snap back, but take an

older person who's skin is drier, thinner, less elastic , and they

will have a problem getting back and will never get totally back to

the 'hard body' they once were.

i am over 75 and have given up the notion that i will ever be hard

body again.<grin!> and due to the natural atrophy of muscle tissue,

paticularly with the effect of RA, i am not running around in a

bakini!! i do use moisterizers and that helps a lot and have been

taking Doc's total nutrician and several other green stuffs etc and

it has all helped to at least keep the skin soft and flexable enough

to keep from cracking or flaking. i think the flax seed and oil and

the olive oil helps a lot, too, as well a the total tonic.

i do need to lose more weight, and will just have to see what

happens if... when... i do.

i really think that the exercises i have been doing every morning is

helping. i got a couple of Denice Austin videos and it is a lot of

stretching and while i can't do all of them, every little bit helps.

my arms are a bit less baggy since i am doing this. usually the

whole hour.

love.. granny lee

PS...i could win the jackpot on America's funnies Videos if someone

were to record my exercises!! ..off beat.. clumsey... slow getting

up and slow getting down.. but i am moving the ole bod and it is

better!!!
