This is in no way rambling on Don, because sadly i have to agree with

you.

DH has been on my case for years and i used to laugh at him telling

him he always has a conspiracy theory or two up his sleeve, but when

you look around and see all the evidence, it's not even like it's

some secret conspiracy, it's like right out there in your face. It's

baffeling that more people dont wake up.

This will totally sound like i'm talking about something else,

but ..it is up to us the believers to get out there and tell others.

Show them by example of our own lives and the lives of those that we

know that natural ways have helped. We have to make more converts,

and then they can make more, and so on, and so on.

Baby steps can accomplish much, but only if we take the step and try

to do something. If each one of us could convert one or two people to

natural ways, and each of them could do the same, imagine that one

day we could be the majority.

I'm daring to dream again,

Sylvia

Keep on a dreaming Syl.

I'm a doing what I'm a doing with my life and setting myself as an example to people who have lost their way through the propaganda mills of PHARMATEL, Inc. When you are doing things right it just naturally pulls people in. At first they look at me like I am a little out there in my beliefs but it is interesting to see that they keep coming back to ask me more and more questions. They don't act on any of the advice I give them. Oh maybe a few will try it out but the majority of them won't. Yet they will keep coming back and asking questions seeking advice. Eventually they will actually try something and finding out that it works, will be won over. Baby steps. New ideas and concepts. A person has to grow into them and it takes as long as it takes.

I intend to change the world one person at a time. I have started with myself as we all must. The stone dropped into the water. The ripples will move outward. We are all like that stone and our knowledge and wisdom will radiate out and I truly believe that we will be the majority in the not too distant future.

It is up to us to help the others recognize and become aware of the blinders they wear. Only then can they remove them and see

I-

I'm dreaming with you, Syl :) I totally agree with y'all. Don is

totally right, too. I'm taking some of these baby steps right along

with y'all. :)

I'm now in massage therapy school. Legitimate massage therapy is

totally professional, and we truly do go through some quality

training. I go to an EXCELLENT school that advocates privacy and

professionality. They mention many different natural remedies. Many

people that attend that school are in the natural health field,

whether they're nutritionists or they work as chiropractic assistants

or what-have-you. This school addresses things we can't see, like Chi

flow and Prana healing. They teach advanced courses on things like

shiatsu, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology (which is like massage

therapy's version of Chinese acupressure/acupuncture, only we use no

needles, we simply apply pressure to the appropriate points). I will

obtain these three certifications and incorporate them into my

practice. I also hope to become a certified nutritionist just before

entering chiropractic school. I'm really excited about all of it, and

I just wanted to ramble about it for a sec ks I'm learning so many

great things so far.

In my massage therapy practice, while I cannot diagnose illness or

prescribe remedies, I can say to the client that it LOOKS like they

have a certain problem, they should get it checked out by a

healthcare practitioner (I'll give them the name of my ND) and if I

have the same symptoms or problem, I might say that for MY problem,

*I* take a certain herb or formula and it helps ME. I'm not telling

them they should take it, which would be illegal, but I'd say that

this is what *I* do and that it works really well. Just a thought :)

And as usual, I write emails either to give kudos or criticisms. I

write my senators in support or opposition of issues. And I forward

to newspaper editors the letters on this board whose authors have

given permission to do so. I DO NOT buy (to the best of my knowledge)

products that: 1) were made with cheap filler solvents, 2) contain

toxic artificial ingredients, 3) were tested on animals, 4) made by

companies that are associated with or part of Frankenstein

conglomerates like Monsanto et al, or 5) come from an MLM company. I

have yet to see one worth its salt. Mostly, they're scams. Vote with

your wallet; often, it's the most powerful vote you have. :) And be

the squeaky wheel, too! :)

Thanks for letting me ramble, too :)

Love to all,

--Jeni Laura
