Individuals with low blood pressure may sometimes develop non- specific symptoms of tiredness, sleep disturbances, giddiness, black-outs, fainting, anxiety/depression, or sweating, and may become more conscious of their heartbeats - I don't know about feeling cold though...

 

one thought - women do have more skin fat than men, but it acts as a sort of reverse insulator, so that the heat they produce deep inside doesn't reach the skin surface as quickly. So women "feel" cold easily, but actually, their core body temperature is not colder than men's.

My personal theory since medical science says my thyroid is fine is that my blood pressure is super low, don't ask me the numbers but they are wayyyy low so I think that is why my body is always cold. I don't think it is a circulation problem at all but than again I don't know the exact scientific jabble to make you or myself understand.I would love to hear from anyone else who may be able to back up my theory on cold body and blood pressure or is that hear pressure, a warm heart get it, NO !!! That's o.k. it was a half assed attempt at humor today. Thanks for readingPam

You're looking for the easy way out...lol... how long did it take your body to get in the condition it is in...???? Start with the 3 day cleanse in the files... go on a week organic juice diet.. but eventually you need to do the total cleanse in the files... .. It is not hard, nor is it easy... actually at times it is a "pain in the butt" BUT SO WORTH IT. as you will see once you finish it... You have to complete any cleanse you do...

I believe it is called "Tough Love"... as Doc would say...

we all do it.. and I'm not always right...lol... try drinking nothing but organic juices for a week... and maybe raw fruits and veggies... see how you feel after a week.. You'll be more so wanting to do that cleanse.
