Guest guest
I’d love to know the sources of the horror stories. I know that they can all be explained. Cleanses are WONDERFUL. True, they can be uncomfortable but being sick is worse because you can’t choose the time of an illness and, well, when you’re sick, you’re just sick. But with a cleanse, you’re getting healthier and even though some aspects of the process looks like ‘sick’, that’s good and means that your body is responding and healing itself. And you can CHOOSE the time that you can slow down a bit and deal with the healing process. I would encourage you to do the two week bowel cleanse in the files. I just talked a couple of ‘chickens’ through one and they’re……..drum roll…..still alive and feeling better then better. Yes, one of them developed a rather uncomfortable itchy rash for a couple of days and diarrhea with a ‘shart’ (this is when you think you’re going to just expel gas but it turns out to be the real thing!) which is never fun but she’s so glad she did it!! The cleanse not the shart LOL I know it’s hard when you have young children but a healthy Mommy is worth some time and effort in staying that way. I've heard horror stories about cleanses, and I'd like to consider doing one but I'm...well, chicken.>>>
