Herbal Remedies - help! what to take for Mono??

If it were me, Norma, I would be taking total tonic several times a day (and gargle with it)...garlic cloves, lobelia and either echinacea or astragalus.

A tablespoon or several dropperfuls 4 times a day,.. in the am and at bedtime... gargle with some..and swallow. (that makes a dosage also)

Lobelia - a dropperful twice a day, and garlic cloves... at least 6 up to 12 a day. Crush (if you can't chew them and swallow (I use water to wash down) Echinacea - a couple dropperfuls twice a day... (This is what I would do)
