A good place to start is the archives and of course the Total Cleanse.

 

Then i would suggest getting familiar with why your tyroid failed.

There is great info here and on other sites. The main thing is

educate yourself, make a commited decision to change things and take

charge. For my money (and health!) wholistic is the way to go!

Kelp - It has a positive effect on the thyroid gland due to its high iodine content. Therefore, it increases thyroid function in cases of hypothyroidism. Conversely, it decreases thyroid function in hyperthyroid cases.
