Guest guest
Another Recipe from " RAW - the Uncook Book " I would highly recommend checking this book out, especially if you are into eating raw! FALAFEL PATTIES 1 1/2 cups sprouted chickpeas (garbanzos) 1 cup sprouted sunflower seeds 1 tablespoon minced garlic 2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped 1/2 cup tahini 1/4 cup Shoyu or 1 tablespoon Celtic sea salt 2 tablespoons fresh parsely 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice 1/2 cup olive oil 1 1/2 teaspoons Curry Chutney (receipe to follow) 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin 2 teaspoons sun-dried lime Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Form blended mixture into 1-inch by 3-inch elongated patties, place them on an oiled mesh dehydrator sheet, and dehydrate for 8 hours at 90ºF. When falafel patties are done they have a nice crust on the outside and are moist on the inside. This only makes 8 patties so you may want double or triple the recipe. Curry Chutney 1/2 Cup yellow curry (is this available organic?????) 1/2 cup sun-dried lime Grind the dun-dried lime in a coffee grinder. Mix in curry. Store the mix in a tightly sealed jar. Makes about 3/4 cup. Happy eating! Syl herbal remedies , " Don Quai " <mysticalherbalist> wrote: > Ohhh, Hi Sylvia, > > Can I get your raw dehydrated falafel recipe?
