How about the cleanse???? Dont just stop at taking kelp!

I'm into week two of the cleanse with no thyroid meds and after 3

years of taking a stupid pill every morning and not always having

energy and continually gaining weight i am happy to say that I have

already lost 8 pounds (YES 8!) and i feel great!

My mom dropped by yesterday afternoon and said " WOW, " " you look

great, your skin looks clear and you've lost weight! "

There are other ex-thryoidies here beside me and they have been such

a powerful encouragement to perservere and stick to the program.

This came of course after reading tons about Thyroid, nutrition and

making a consious decision to take me life and my health back into my

own hands, and out of the hands of conventional medicine.

Food for thought!

Here here! I also am off thyroid meds after doing the total body cleanse! (And down a total of 25 lbs! Not all on the cleanse, but my body just won't hang on to unnecessary weight anymore! :)
