Guest guest
Schulze's has way too much yeast in it for my taste, but each to his own as is said. The astragalus is awesome for pregnant and lactating women. But, try it with organic apple juice or cider. This is one of the best ways to make it tasty ;o) Love, Doc PS. Also, try throwing in a banana and / or a bunch of other fruit. I find it hard with a small budget, no land, and a baby, but those are just challenges to overcome. Guest guest
My husband and I take Dr. Schultze's Superfood. We make a fruit smoothy with it, and it goes down very easily. I put some kind of juice in the blender first, apple or cranberry or orange, etc....then I add the superfood and blend well. Then I add frozen fruit, which helps it get slushy. I have sometimes added yoghurt, which I like also. It tastes great and is very filling this way. It take the place of breakfast for us. Hope this helps. Superfood is extremely nauseating to me-- like lay on the couch weak and pale and keep a bucket nearby just incase for a half hour or more. So i don't like taking it. What ingredient might cause this? The kelp? How can i take it. Before i was pregnant i thought it tasted good and could easily down it. (I am not pregnant now.) I would like to take such a supplement, especially during pregnancy because of the nutrition and high protein content, but i'm at a loss. Also, is astragalus safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?I'm learning a lot-- thanks!I'm increasing the raw fruits in my diet-- that's my latest baby step!sincerely, hopeFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1.
