Well, first what does your diet consist of? Are you pregnant or breastfeeding now?

Have you tried the female formula to get things back in balance? Need some more info here.

Would caffeine also contribute to fibroids in the uterus (the name escapesme, but I've had them in the past - I'm thinking I may have them again) orinteruterine adhesions. If not, what would be contributing factors.Something's definitely amiss.

Alright, for now... quit the soda ( i know the first few days will be rough, well week..) substitute lemon water, organic juices... or as close as you can get. Get yourself some total nutrition.(either make it or contact Doc off list... are you eating sprouted grains?

Get yourself some plant enzymes too.... With doing this much, you will be in good shape to do a cleanse and the female formula after you get done breastfeeding....meanwhile you'll also be getting healthier.

I'm sure my diet has something to do with it. Over the past few months I've been trying to eat less junk food, and more fruits, veggies, whole grain, etc. I'd say my diet is better than it was six months ago for sure. The hardest part of my diet seems to be sugar cravings. I've managed to switch to stevia for my teas, and one cup of coffee a day. The one cup of cola a day, I'm sure isn't helping either(I'm down from 3-4 a day) . I try to buy organic when I can, and I have started planning menus and using the shopping lists for the menus to avoid the pitfalls of buying junk food - I'm getting better, but I've still got a long way to go. Sometimes, I think I'm the only one in my family whose actively trying to get healthier. That's another post for another day, though. I also drink PP twice daily.

I am currently breastfeeding. Nathan is 15 mos. Which makes the female formula seem tricky. As I mentioned before, I'm scared to fiddle with the formulas too much because I don't want to get to much of one thing, and not enough of another in the way of hormone balance. There are some herbs that I have been told that I cannot take while breastfeeding - the cohosh's - mainly. Others I know for sure I can take such as vitex (chasteberry), It worked beautifully on my mood swings - only problem was I started producing buckets of milk - easily remedied by altering the nursing "schedule".

Herbs that I know I can take are vitex, evening primrose oil, and damiana. I know of others, but these are the only ones I'm pretty sure can help to balance the hormones.

Sounds good - I just looked at the formula, and the health food store sells most of the ingredients, If I can't find them all, I'll contact Doc.--------are you eating sprouted grains? yes... you can make a great mix with almonds, raisins, sunflower seeds, pumkin seeds (and any other you might want to add.)

--------Pardon my ignorance, but what are they? I've heard of bean sprouts, but that's about it. I haven't tried those, yet.read the article on How to Sprout and the Hidden Influence (in the files)-------->----Another ignorant question. What exactly are plant enzymes, and where would I find them? Most health food stores should carry them.. if not, contact Doc off list. Read my message 49735 for a good explanation...Suzi
