Alright Carrie! An ocassional cup is okay... I had these when I was young - caffeine was the culprit... I was doing way too much caffeine back then... (and other bad habits..lol)

Yup! If you're trying for a full recovery, you stay off of it for the duration, until you are completely well.

Then one cup a day is Max from then on out.

More than one cup of coffee a day and you're doing damage.

Actually, a small amount of coffee can be beneficial IF one is trying to regenerate nerve tissue.

This is why I say no more than ONE CUP A DAY!!!!

The problem with most people is that they just can't limit themselves to one cup. That one becomes two, then becomes three, and so on.

It's just toooooo social a pleasure moment. LOL

I've had some of my best conversations over a cup of coffee. ;o)Love,
