Guest guest
Alright Carrie! An ocassional cup is okay... I had these when I was young - caffeine was the culprit... I was doing way too much caffeine back then... (and other bad habits..lol) Suzi SiteBuilder - Free web site building tool. Try it!
Guest guest
Yup! If you're trying for a full recovery, you stay off of it for the duration, until you are completely well. Then one cup a day is Max from then on out. More than one cup of coffee a day and you're doing damage. Guest guest
Actually, a small amount of coffee can be beneficial IF one is trying to regenerate nerve tissue. This is why I say no more than ONE CUP A DAY!!!! The problem with most people is that they just can't limit themselves to one cup. That one becomes two, then becomes three, and so on. It's just toooooo social a pleasure moment. LOL I've had some of my best conversations over a cup of coffee. ;o)Love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington - Carrie Watson herbal remedies Saturday, January 31, 2004 7:30 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - Doc - Fibrocystic Breasts Hmmmmm......I didn't realize this.
