Well gang here it is day 7 of the 4 week program and DH and I are

even more commited to doing this than ever.

First a praise report: I have lost 2 pounds. Mind you, to anyone

else this is not a big deal, but since I got diagnosed with Hypo

thyroid over 3 yrs ago, losing weight has been as elusive as the lost

cities of gold. And i am in now way going hungry!

In addition to that i havent noticed any decrease in energy as i was

expecting since i stopped taking my HORRIBLE little T-pills.

and I am happy to say i just cooked my first batch of sprouted

Frijoles today and they were pretty good. I was worried that i would

loose all of the flavor or taste that i had grown up on, but nope,

they were pretty darn good!

Now onto my questions:

Why must we sprout seeds to eat them, but then it is OK to use the

oils of them (not sprouted)?

Do we have to sprout the seeds of things we use to season stuff?

Like Cumin, Mustard, Anise, Fennel, etc.

I think this is related to the evening hot bath, but i am not sure.

I noticed yesterday morning that i am covered in little tiny red

blisters. I have seem one or two on occasion in the past where i got

pinched or have scratched too hard and assumed they were tiny broken

or damaged capilaries. Anyway, i am concerned because litterally

hundreds have showed up all over my body including places i never had

them before. Hubby thought prhaps my bath may have been too hot?

Idea's?

Sylvia
