Guest guest
Hi Susan! Welcome!! We're all going to have tons of advice for you, but if you could start out by telling us about your diet - eating meat, fruits & veggies, raw or cooked, breads, sodas, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, medications, exercise,.... etc - that would be great. Also, have you done any cleanses before. I think that covers the basics, but don't hesitate to throw in lots of details. Thanks! Guest guest
Bronchitis, pneumonia???? Total tonic, echinacea plus, lobelia, mullein, garlic cloves.. How long you had this... what does your diet/drink consist of.... Also sounds like a total clease would do your body good. Vaporizer with eucalyptus and tea tree and peppermint would be good... Deep tissue oil also... give us more info though. Suzimuskratbyte2003 <m_susan_lyons wrote: Hi! I'm new to the group.. It seems more like I'm unable to swallow all the gunk that builds up at the back of my throat. I have acid reflux, and I'm not sure if the problem is in my chest or from the reflux. I do know that I sneeze and cough up these whitish/yellow 'curds' from time to time. They crumble easily, and stink! However when I cough this up, I get a great feeling of release, some of the tightness disappears. SiteBuilder - Free web site building tool. Try it! Guest guest
Well Susan... where to begin... A total body cleanse will do you ALOT of good.. You can purchase the herbs or if you get in touch with Doc (off list) he can put you in touch with what you need. All the cleanses and info (sample weeks too) are in the files under Dr.Ian Shillington. Before you do this I would suggest emailing Doc on this list asking for his free tape and giving him you mailing address. Listen to the tape - it will enlighten you.. The rest of my answers are below in your email. Suzimuskratbyte2003 <m_susan_lyons wrote: Hi,Thanks for you help!I've never done the total body cleanse, not sure what it is, though I've seen in mentioned here... Is this something I can make or would I have to purchase this? Honestly I'm skeptical about purchasing any 'body cleanses'. I understand.Diet/Drink... half my problem is lack of money and lack of time... I eat extremely unhealthy compared to what I'd eaten a couple of years ago. I've tried to throw healthier stuff in my diet; then I end up being the only one who eats it! If that is the case... eat raw fruits and veggies, and drink water or juicesI like to cook from scratch, This is good... you need to eat more raw or lightly steamed veggies and fruit.. more sprouted grains and nuts, (you are not getting the enzymes you need) and add my own herbs, so I usually try to stay away from the pre-made and boxed stuff. Organic hasn't been an option for me, because of the expense, we do what we can, however you need to change your eating habits..and do the BEST we can with what we have...but we bought a house last year, and this year I'll be starting a garden; grow garlic and onions for sure veggies and herbs. For lunch I do usually end up with a frozen meal, but I always buy the Lean Cuisines or Weight Watchers meals. While you think you are doing good here, you really are not... Better would be a salad, be it fruit or veggie... Almost everything I buy at the grocery is low fat. We do eat red meat more often than we should, more often in the winter than in the summer. In the winter I usually crave red meat. Your body is asking for help here... you are not getting the enzymes your body needs nor the vitamins and minerals you need. There is a file called TOTAL NUTRITION... you would be good to either get this or put it together yourself and take it daily. It has everything your body needs. You can mix it with organic apple juice.. I'd say my main huge unhealthy habits are sodas, GOT to give them up as the sugar is bad, it eats up your calcium, and on and on try lemon water or juice.s..(find the most pure you can if you cannot get organic)... which aren't a constant thing, but too many for my own good... a couple of sodas a week, and I'm a smoker. Need to quit... get some lobelia tincture and when you want a cig,,,,,take a dropperful of it.. I've tried to quit a couple of times, and my significant other/family and work makes it difficult. I noticed some of worst lung pain I had was after I'd gone 2 weeks without a cigarette. I'm about ready to quit again. Here is where you need to quit and use all that money from cigs on eating healthy. The acid reflux has been on again, off again for a couple of years now. I've taken a few medications to keep in under control. I'd be reflux free for a couple of months, and then it rears its ugly head again. Acid Reflux Disease or GERD is a symptom of a digestive disease in which the digestive tract is struggling to digest food matter, and over producing acids in a desperate attempt to do so. Every cell, tissue, bone, gland and organ of the body needs to be fueled and nourished by nutrients. Without proper assimilation of nutrients, all components of the body will deteriorate prematurely and potentially become diseased. This is where organic food comes in and sprouted grains - GETTING THE SNZYMES YOUR BODY NEEDS. Disorders and Diseases of the digestive tract must not be left untreated. Proper digestion, absorption and assimilation of nutrients must be assured in order to recover from present disease in the digestive tract, or anywhere throughout the body. . Without proper absorption of essential nutrients, the immune system is unable to ward off potential disease or to effectively battle against existing conditions. Therefore, the body’s ability to fight disease, or to recover from disease without significant essential nutrients is for the most part, impossible. (AND I KNOW) Nutrients are a Vital Key and the body must be in a position to absorb How digestion works. Food is digested via the acids and enzymes produced by the stomach, a wide array of enzymes produced by the pancreas and walls of the small intestine, bile from the gallbladder, and the delicate ecosystem of the digestive tract. Without proper support from the immune system and nutrient fueling, this delicate system will deteriorate to varying degrees of dysfunction. (acid reflux for one) Undigested food partials will then reach the colon producing irritation, causing the body to send a signal to the stomach demanding the production of more stomach acids in a desperate attempt to break down the food material. But stomach acids alone cannot properly digest and extract the nutrient from the food for the bloodstream. By restoring the delicate ecosystem of the digestive tract through targeted support of proper immune system function (good nutrition and enzymes), any and all abnormal symptoms can be eliminated including but not limited to: fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, headache, cramping, bloating, excess gas, excess acid, heartburn, GERD, inflammation, intestinal bleeding, tissue damage , etc. In turn, you will receive an array of health benefits stemming from proper digestion, assimilation and the essential fueling of every cell, tissue and organ in your body. I'm a craft soap maker, so what I've been using for the breathing difficulties has been peppermint, euclyptus, and tea tree essential oils. THIS IS GOOD. BUT did you ever think some of that breathing difficulty could be from your smoking?? Again lobelia, and mullein would be good for you.Hopefully I haven't gone overboard..No you've done really good.. I basically used to be a health freak, I ate a lot of veggies, tofu and rice, with chicken 2-3 times a week, and beef maybe 1 time every two weeks. I ran every day, and took good care of myself. I've gone downhill dramatically in the past couple of years, and I know that's most of my problem. Yep, and time to start taking care of yourself again. Browse the files in HR... there are tons of good infor there... Start with the Articles... then move to Dr.Ian Shillington file..And then, do some searches in the message archives... a whole lot of info there... But do get Doc's tape... browse the files and then I know you'll have more questions...especially after you read all the info in there on cleanses. Suzi SiteBuilder - Free web site building tool.
