what was the mixture ratio and how much did u have to take a day? my wife has sinus problems also and this may help.

Herbal Remedies - sinus pain & infection

I got such great advice when asking how to fight off a cold. Bayberry and pau d' arco worked wonders. I was able to fight off my cold and haven't had a sinus infection since I learned about Bayberry and pau d'arco.I am just wondering what else is good for sinus pain and sinus infectons for adults.My 18 yr old son thought Iwas crazy taking these potions, now he asks what he should take when he feels like he is getting sick.Thank you for all your help !! Hi there, I used to get sinus infections ALL THE TIME. That seemed to be my illness of choice throughout my life. After I did the Total Body Cleanse, however, I seemed to go through a serious healing of my sinuses - about 2 days of serious pain, as if I had an infection again, but it wasn't the same. It was healing rather than being infected. When it was done, my head felt about 5 pounds lighter and my sinuses have never been clearer! I used to have trouble breathing at night and consistently stuffy in the morning. Had tissue boxes everywhere throughout the house! It has made a world of difference.

I highly recommend the total body cleanse!!
