First off, you gotta give up the soda pop... (sorry, I had to also.). .your body is screaming at you - it cannot heal itself like it used to. It wants you to clean up your act (so to speak) so it can heal... poneyboyfx <poneyboy wrote:

Well I don't eat any white flour of any kind, only whole wheat ezekiel would be better or a sprouted grain flour... and very little pop, about 1 a week except for this last week, but it is usually one a week or less. no ice cream. other than the one a week pop no sugar. no street drugs of any kind. about one beer every other month. I also have bipolar I that's the illness I did not know if I could bring up. Yes you can. It's the "shrinks" we have a problem with... I take lamictal and risperdal for it. I take altace for my IGA Neph a kidney illness. I eat as much organic food as possible. we try to buy organic milk when we can if I don't have it on hand I drink soy milk, organic soy milk.Is the soy milk GMO (gentically modified) Try almond milk.... really good.. no red meat at all. some fish, no pork, some chicken, lots of vegies fresh and

steamed, lots of fruit. I tried to juice but our juicer is a bad one we are going to buy a good one soon and pick it back up. as far as prepackaged foods. I cook nearly ever meal we eat and every thing I cook is from scratch not from a box. non smoker can't stand to be around the stuff. so not use cologne I hate it. I do eat lots of cheese and butter, not margine. Get off the dairy.. sorry... no coffee if I do it will be decaff. as well as the pop I drink decaff. also the tea, and herb teas I drink are decaff. I eat fried chicken maybe once a month and I fry it in conola. Very bad... try olive oil.. other than that I never eat fried I don't even eat fries. I sleep about 6-7 hours a night, I can't sleep any longer my body does not want to I just can't make myself sleep any longer. No cakes or pastries of any kind. no candy. no junk food to speak of. I eat a trail mix

that I get from the herb store. Try getting grains and nuts and sprouting them... Sprouted grains, nuts, beans, etc are good.. the enzyme inhibitors are gone after sprouting... see the file on it the only juice I drink is orange juice. Go for the gusto - try some others..infact try lemon water... put a slice of lemon in it..... never done a cleanse. probably need to though. YES indeedy!!!Now for my wife she has a better diet then me, the same stuff that is on my list above but less bread. she takes no meds has depression and thats why she takes st. johns wort and i want her to take fish oil. I hear vit e and flax seed oil is also good for her but I just heard it from a friend, not read anything on it. the only thing she has had done is her historec. other that then no surgerys. she has a lot of muscle pain and achs. and her back hurts

a lot.MSM and panther piss along with vitamin E. Oh we also eat no salt in our diet. she could defently use a clense but we really don't know how to go about it. Check out the files cleanses and explanations in there. her bowles move about once a week and then she needs help with it.More water, and Intestinal Cleanse #1

I go on a daily basis, should be going more than that but she is doing good to go once a week. so any tips in that area would be good also. we both have improved our diets in the last year imenstly. and came a long way. I hope all this helps. Oh yes.. also plant enzymes would be good to take with every meal.
