Guest guest Posted January 29, 2004 Report Share Posted January 29, 2004 I got such great advice when asking how to fight off a cold. Bayberry and pau d' arco worked wonders. I was able to fight off my cold and haven't had a sinus infection since I learned about Bayberry and pau d'arco. I am just wondering what else is good for sinus pain and sinus infectons for adults. My 18 yr old son thought Iwas crazy taking these potions, now he asks what he should take when he feels like he is getting sick. Thank you for all your help !! I appreciate it so much !
