Guest guest
Norma, The best calcium supplement I know is lemon egg (in the files) The outer shell consists of calcium carbonate. So I don't believe there are any carbs involved with the shell. So if you make lemon egg... you're dealing with calcium and lemon juice. Here is the info on lemon juice: Nutritional Information* (1 fl oz) Calories (kcal) 7 Fiber 0.1 g Energy (kj) 29 Sugars 0.7 g Fats 0 g Cholesterol 0 g Carbohydrates 2.6 g Sodium 0.3 g Protein 0.1 g Alcohol 0 gThis is the best I can do for you... I would make the lemon egg formula with organic lemons... Suzi NORMAKUHLMAN <normakuhlman wrote: HI, Just wondering if anyone knows of a carb free calcium.
