Thats it! We do what we can. It does get a bit scary at times not

being able to get a diagnosis on some things and just guessing as to

the problems. But we do the best we can with what we have. We were

exposed to some deadly chemicals in a train derailment/chemical spill

a few years ago. Many of the neighbors we had in that town are now

dead from cancer. That gets a bit scary, too. I'd like to be able to

save up for doing the cleanses for all 4 of us. Anyway...

Remember, anything you do to help your health is better than nothing

at all.

We are in the same boat, way below the poverty line. That doesn't stop us,

though. Mainly because we've been blessed by where we live. I can get most

of the herbs that I need through the wild plants that grow on our mountain.

What doesn't grow wild around me, I grow myself either in my greenhouse or

the eastern side of my home. (The most sunlight here!) We do buy some

organic things at our health food store (mainly organic soaps, toiletries,

etc.) But by gathering and growing most everything, we don't really spend a

lot. As for diagnosis, we don't see any doctors or hospitals unless it's an

emergency. I can diagnose most problems in my family. All I can tell you

here, is read, read, read! I've been studying herbal and other alternative

medicines since 1994. So, it gives you a pretty good idea. Then, the group

here can help a lot as well! Hope you can find a solution to your problems

with the financial aspect of your health! :)
