Hi Michael,

The only long term effects there are to drinking water with lemon in it is you only keep getting better, or should I say, your body just keeps getting cleaner. Lemon in water is a great body alkalinizer and helps to dissolve all the mucus from wrong diets, toxins, drugs etc. and allows the body to eliminate it.

Filtered water is alright if you can't get distilled. And try to only use organic lemons unless of course you can't get them. Just try to use them as freshly squeezed as possible. There are no detrimental effects to drinking water with lemon in it. I have been doing this every day now for 2 years and have been consuming approx. 6 - 8 lemons per day and drinking about 1 gallon of water per day. Will not harm you in the least.

Enjoy it cause your body will be thanking you for it eventually.

Hey all,I've been drinking a LOT of filtered water with lemon (along with some herbs) for about 4 months now, and I'm still being told to keep it up.Just wondering if anyone is aware of any long term effects of drinking lemon water...Thanks in advance,Michael
