You could try jojoba oil and tea tree....

If it is like hives here are some suggestions,

Rubbing wheat germ oil onto the area is a great help. Use elder leaf tea or chickweed as a wash, and chickweed ointment to heal the condition. Quick relief can be obtained by drinking celery seed, comfrey, chickweed, burdock root or seed, etc. Burdock seed is one of the most potent to relieve the skin and lymph areas rapidly. A half-pound to a pound of ginger in a tub of hot water will help give relief.

If a person gets hives you can mix equal parts of stinging nettle, yarrow, and dandelion root, adding one-fourth part golden seal. This can be made into a decoction, to be taken internally as well as applied externally every four hours

Juices to use for Hives: Carrot & spinach, spinach, carrot & cucumber.

These ideas may help give some relief.

Plain old calamine lotion works well, as does a cool water and baking soda paste. Hang in there, these reactions make a person irritable even without the rash. Her whole body is out of whack right now.
