Hi

I understand it as being:

Prune juice, 1/2 hr later juice of choice, 1/2 hr later water. Repeating the juice then water each 1/2 hr.

Hi Norma,

When you wake up in the morning you are to drink at least 16 ounces of prune juice. Then you are to take 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil. On the hour you are to drink 8 ounces minimum of juice. On the half hour you are to drink 8 ounces minimum of distilled water. You will do it like this throughout the day until you have consumed a minimum of 1 gallon of juice and 1 gallon of distilled water. You will also take anothere 1 to 2 tablespoonfuls of olive oil around noon and evening. So it might look like this:

7:30 am--16 ounces of prune juice and 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil

8:00 am-- 8 ounces or more of cleansing juice

8:30 am-- 8 ounces or more of distilled water

9:00 am-- 8 ounces or more of cleansing juice

9:30 am-- 8 ounces or more of distilled water

continue alternating like this until noon

12:00 -- 8 ounces or more of cleansing juice and 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil

12:30 pm-- 8 ounces or more of distilled water

1:00 pm-- 8 ounces or more of cleansing juice

continue alternating like this until 5:00 pm

5:00 pm-- 8 ounces or more of cleansing juice and 1 or 2 tablepoons of olive oil

5:30 pm-- 8 ounces or more of distilled water

continue alternating like this until 8:00 pm

8:00 pm-- 8 ounces or more of distilled water until retiring.

That is it. That is all there is to it. If you get hungry and can't resist eat the vegetable that you are drinking juice of or fruit.

Herbal Remedies - help- 3 day juice cleanse

Does this say to drink prune and then drink your juice of choice every 1/2 hour or does it say to drink juice and then the next 1/2 hour to drink water then 30 min later juice or does it say that you can drink a glass of water in addition to your juice but only every other 1/2 hour. Sorry I guess I'm too tired to read correctly but I am going to do it in fact I already bought the prune and just need claification...thanks so much for all the advice!!
