Guest guest
While we are on the subject of lumps I have a question which might help others too. My neighbor who lives a healthy lifestyle and also uses a lot of Doc's products mentioned to me a newsletter that discussed breast lumps. I received the newsletters but this one was sent out before I was receiving them. Can anyone clarify the instructions. She said something like 1 minute of hot water and then 1 minute of cold water for several minutes. (It worked for her) + exercise. I was wondering if getting into a hot tub for one minute then standing up one minute and putting and ice cube on it would work the same. It in almost right under the skin. Also does anyone know anything else the newsletter said?? I developed a lump in my right breast 3 years ago while pregnant and it is seems unchanged. A routine mamaogram said the lump appeared benign but suggested a follow up in 6 months. Any info would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks so much. I might also mention that I also have implants but that was after the lump showed up. I know, I know, not exactly healthy or natural but gotta start somewhere. The implants did not seem to change it - just push it out very close to the skin. Hope I did not give too much info. Again thanks so much.
