Was i just being hopefull? I dont mind salad, but everyday for 4 weeks? and i Do have some sprouted grain and veggie leather going, but man...*sigh* HUbby is just not going to last on raw food for 4 weeks, i'm not so sure about me either! Here is one for you: Oriental Lettuce Wrapsdice small or grate:carrots, celery, brocoli stalks, cauliflaur, mushrooms,or any variety of veggies that you prefer. Toss with an organic tamari. Add fresh bean sprouts and toss. Spoon veggies into fresh, washed lettuce leaves of your choice. I think that if you can get through the raw fruits & veggies for the first week, you'll be too busy - or otherwise not hungry - to worry about it after that. I was never hungry while on the cleanse. There are so many other things going on! LOL! Sprout some wild rice and some almonds to help get you through it. The almonds are great raw, and so is the rice but it takes a little adjustment if you've never eaten rice raw before. I put some of the rice on my salads to give them a different, nutty taste.
