And, they're RAW, not cooked at all. Lots of chewing on the cleanse! LOL! If you're really hungry on only the fruits/veggies, start sprouting some almonds and wild rice. The rice is really good on salads raw. May be a bit hard to get used to at first, but you'll adjust! Good luck!!
