HiMy daughter is 16 yrs young. Over the last 6 months or so she has been getting lumps in her breasts which are very painfull for her and they do not get much smaller after her menses. The Dr said that her estrogen(sp) levels were erratic through her cycle and prescribed a low dose pill, which she is taking but is willing to change if presented with enough info on the herbals.I know that one of the female formulas would be good for her, but which would be best? She would also like to know how the combination of herbs work together 'chemically' and what reactions would be expected in her body. She is after specifics (she is studying human biology at school so is being bombarded with the chemical info there). I do not yet know enough about herbs to answer these questions thoroughly enough for her inquiring mind. All

help is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.Love & LightCarolynFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2. My bet would be that she eats a fair amount of meat that is not organic. This is the body's way trying to rid itself of the toxins that are in meat. I had these same lumps and they went away when i switched to organic meat.

No sodas or caffienne.

She drinks distilled water and fresh made organic juices. She eats plenty of fruits and veges (organic as much as possible), not much dairy, aviods 'animal' foods of all kinds.

Carolyn,

When I was in my teens I got them,, and around menstual time very painful... they did eventually disappear... however they put me on the pill back then...

I would suggest the female formula in the files... you said her estrogen levels were "out of whack." You will find it unde Dr.Ian Shillington.

Would the endrocrine balance or female tonic be best?
