Guest guest
Sylvia, I am going to answer your husband's question first. GO FOR IT!!!! THE EXERCISE AND SWEATIN' WILL DO YOU GOOD!!! OH YES, HAVE FUN! Are you smiling????? Now for yours... lol.. if you make TT you can just take out (liquid) what you need as you need it... leave the mash in and let the rest "brew" so to speak... the rest of the liquid will continue to get stronger... there is no problem with doing it this way. We are going to do that tonight and sincewe dont have time to do a tincture, were going to use the mash. How much TT mash do you use in comparisson to TT Tincture? How muchSolid (mash) is equivalent to 2 dropersfull of tincture? (was i the only one asleep during this part of organic algebra?)Second question and this may be totally off-the-wall so dont laugh (well not too much)... DH said he has heard of programs where you have to "Obstain", so we were of course wondering...are we not to "have relations" during the course of this 4 week cleanse? Guest guest
You most definitely do NOT have to abstain LOL. Just another healthy vibration to open the flows. My husband and I certainly didn't abstain and I believe we got full benefit from the cleanse! The night of the gallbladder flush may not be too adviseable, though! LOL! :)Kelli Sylvia [h10feet] Thursday, January 22, 2004 3:42 PMherbal remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - Cleanse ProgramHow muchSolid (mash) is equivalent to 2 dropersfull of tincture?
